Smart Home Automation in Gulshan

Plan around your apartment or office

Gulshan’s premium residential and diplomatic setting includes both homes and workplaces. Rather than choosing every device at once, identify which rooms and functions you want to control.

• Apartment lighting: Choose switch gang counts to match the lighting circuits you need to control. The CIRCA switches listed here require a neutral wire.
• Curtains: Confirm your curtain arrangement and required track length before selecting a motor-and-track kit.
• Office or shared-room controls: Consider a touchscreen panel if you want a central control point, with device compatibility checked before purchase.

Four products to consider

• YEYAY CIRCA S3 — 3 Gang, Black: A tempered-glass WiFi touch switch with Tuya Smart and Smart Life support, plus Amazon Alexa and Google Home compatibility. It requires a neutral wire.
• YEYAY CURTENA Z10 — 2.14m Track: A Zigbee curtain motor-and-track kit with a remote. App control uses a compatible Zigbee gateway; Amazon Alexa and Google Home support is listed.
• YEYAY ORBIT A4: A touchscreen control panel with WiFi, a built-in Zigbee gateway, and Tuya Smart and Smart Life support. Confirm pairing with your intended devices before selecting it as your control panel.
• YEYAY PRESENCE ZIGBEE 02: A human presence sensor with 5.8GHz radar, PIR, and static and motion detection. It requires a compatible Zigbee gateway for Tuya Smart or Smart Life use.

These are individual options, not a confirmed ready-to-install package. Ask YEYAY to check wiring, curtain dimensions and device compatibility together. Browse the full shop or send an enquiry with your requirements.
