Face recognition or face and palm unlock?

Face recognition and palm unlock are separate access methods. A model listing face recognition should not be assumed to include palm recognition. Likewise, “palm unlock” and “palm vein” should not be treated as identical specifications unless the model explicitly lists them.

Among the models below, NEXA specifically lists 3D face recognition. LORIX explicitly lists palm vein recognition alongside face recognition. NEXA AI lists face recognition and palm unlock, but its published specification does not identify that palm feature as palm vein recognition.

The published specifications do not provide comparable recognition-speed or accuracy results. There is therefore no basis here to claim that face or palm recognition is faster, safer or more reliable than the other.
